The NANOGAN 14.5 recently commissioned at Institute of Physics, Bhubhaneshwar is a compact ECR source (70kg) with magnetic field provided by permanent magnets which is adapted for multicharged ions at medium current, reaching about 80 µA for Ar8+ and 4 µA for Pb25. NANOGAN 14.5 can work with a 250 W, 14.5 GHz RF-generator.

The cyclotron of Warsaw Heavy Ion Laboratory (HIL) has a new horizontal injection beam line with Supernanogan
The new Supernanogan ECR ion source from PANTECHNIK was just commissioned together with the new beam line, also designed by Pantechnik. The new Supernanogan can produce gaseous and metallic beams for injection in the present cyclotron.
